My name is Sebastián Volpe, I am a biochemist with 24 years of experience as Regional Manager Latin America in the IVD industry.
 
Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work alongside talented teams at esteemed manufacturers such as The Binding Site (UK), Virion Serion (Germany), Novatec (Germany), Gold Standard (USA), Virotech (Germany), and Tecan (Switzerland). These experiences have profoundly enriched my professional journey.
 
I have embraced each opportunity with enthusiasm, taking on challenges and responsibilities that have led to the successful achievement of regional goals. My contributions include building distribution networks, obtaining regulatory registrations, positioning new brands, introducing new technologies, fostering strong relationships with key regional opinion leaders and key accounts, listing new products for reimbursement, optimizing pricing, and establishing regional technical support centers, all while exceeding sales and growth goals.
 
My extensive network of contacts across the region, cultivated through numerous trips and meetings with manufacturers and distributors, has equipped me with the expertise to adapt and implement commercial strategies tailored to each market. I am passionate about training sales teams in their native languages (Spanish and Portuguese) and collaborating with them during visits to key accounts and opinion leaders.
